Daily outfit: Rules and Regulations

I love this little dress I found at salvation army, It's bcbg and has the cutest little details. Plus it keeps me cool on days like today that are pushing high 80's!
I adore these sunglasses, I kept a pair for myself and a matching pair is up for sale on etsy.
