Quinoa Tabbouleh

I was lucky enough to get a big bag full of veggies from my parents so I am doing a lot of fresh cooking this week.

1 cup parsley
half cup cooked quinoa
half a lemon
a handful of cherry tomatos
half a cucumber
one small onion
some garlic salt
some olive oil


Chop everything up as tiny as you can, and toss in a bowl.
The best, most refreshing salad, and chip topper.
I stuck mine on some pita with falafel.



I know this is more of a vintage/fashion blog but do you guys like recipe posts? I always like to share simple recipes and fun easy things to make. Cooking is such a good way to be creative! and I like to encourage people to toss things in a bowl and see what they get. If this is something you'd like more of, let me know!
