Well, every few months I like to re-do my entire etsy store so this time I started with the coats. It always takes a little while to figure out how to set up photos in a new location, but I think I like these photos better than the last ones. (Thats the point, right?) Click the photo to see the listing, and please let me know your thoughts on the photos and any ideas on how to improve them! (Especially if you have seen pictures of the item on my blog already!)

I love the red kimono! Swishing the arms was a brilliant idea. All of the photos look great so far! There seems to be a bit of a shadow, just across the tops of the photos, but otherwise, I think they're lovely, and the wood floor is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI'm so jealous of your vintage studio and that you have an indoor space to shoot... Now you've got me wanting to move too! It might be fun to get some colored sheets to use as a backdrop for some of your photos - you could create some really interesting shoots and add props and stuff. Again... jealous!
I think the photos are fantastic! They're just simple enough without being boring. You don't want too much going on, or you can't focus on the clothes.
ReplyDeleteThey give off just the right hint of indie vibe as well - and I love love love that southwestern vest! So unique, and I can see myself throwing that over just about anything for a complete twist on a classic look.
Congrats on a fricken awesome Etsy page.

Hi sweetie, haven't visited you in a while... hope all is well! I'm knocked up, if you didn't know! Rockin' the bump on the blog. Lovin' these coats, especially the first one, and the navaho print vest. I miss my thrifting! xx
