I so love this listing! The reason is because I found a dress at a thrift shop a long time ago with this same printed fabric! The only issue was, like many thrift shop dresses I would find is that the top portion would be too small, but the skirt portion would always fit okay. So I took the top off and wore it as a skirt and it was one of my favorite skirts ever! I love that old vintage fabric design. it is very rare.
