I found this dress at an estate sale and it needed some repairs. It was about mid calf length but the hem was all uneven so I chopped the bottom off. Of course I made it too short so I ran out to jo-anns and purchased this eyelet for 2.50 a yard to add a couple inches of length. Now I love it! Modern looking with the quality of a vintage garment.
Also, the shoes, how could I turn down cat loafers in just my size? One of the best thrift finds ever.
